🎮 Twitch Username - Your exact Twitch username (case-sensitive) 💰 Wallet Address - Auto-filled from your connected wallet 🔗 Stream Link - Full Twitch URL: https://twitch.tv/yourusername ⏰ Timestamp - When you'll show proof: 1:23:45 format 💬 Additional Comments - Optional extra verification info

🔍 Verification Process

  • Fill out verification form completely

  • Request enters review queue

2️⃣ Provide Stream Proof

  • Show your wallet address on screen at specified timestamp

  • Display wallet address for at least 10 seconds

  • Keep proof clear and visible
